28 Guided Daily Practices — One position or transition a day, about ten minutes each. You always know exactly what today's job is, and you never have to sort through a pile of videos yourself.
The Four-Phase Path — Positions, then transitions, then load, then the full move. A body with some miles on it can practice every single day, without random loading that punishes the old bench-press shoulder.
Built-In Strength Drills — Every position comes paired with the muscle behind it. You rebuild your shoulders, hips, and core while you learn the move, without adding another hour-long workout to your week.
The "Ready for the Bell" Standard + Gear Guide — A clear test that tells you when weight comes in and which kettlebell to use. No guessing and no buying the wrong bell (a dumbbell works fine too).
The Day 28 Test + Progress Tracker — Record your Day 1 baseline, then compare your Day 28 get-up side by side on both sides. You'll see the change instead of guessing at how you "feel."
Your Get-Up Assessment Call — Talk one-on-one with our team about where you're at, where things hurt or feel stuck, and what you want by Day 28, so your first day starts in the right place for your body.
Move with less limitations, or it's free. Do the 28 days. If your body doesn't move better than it did on Day 1, email us within 30 days and we refund your $27.

Long before he co-owned Kettlebell Transformation, Sean was a former pitcher with a SLAP tear, piling on rehab drills that only made it worse… and told surgery was his best bet.
Most guys with a beat-up shoulder can't remember the last day it felt normal. You test it before you trust it, and you already know which side you can sleep on.
Sean, my business partner and co-owner of Kettlebell Transformation, spent eight years like that.
His started on a pitcher's mound. He threw from age seven to eighteen and picked up a curveball at nine. By fifteen he was pitching through constant shoulder pain.
His pre-game routine as a teen says it all. Two Aleve, then twenty or thirty minutes of "warming up." That really just meant getting the shoulder numb enough to throw.
Before every start, his catcher would ask how the arm felt. The most honest answer Sean could give was "I can't feel it."
Senior year, he started two games before the shoulder gave out for good. A college coach drove out to recruit him. Sean didn't have the heart to say what he already knew. His pitching days were over.
That's when the eight years started. The pain got so constant he assumed it was for life.
Sean had a finance degree and no background in how the body works. Still, he taught himself rehab drills to try to fix his own shoulder. He piled up complex mobility routines, and his back and shoulder only felt worse.
At last a physical therapist ran him through a full assessment. He found a SLAP tear Sean had likely carried since high school.
"If you want to throw a baseball with your kids when you're older, your best bet is surgery right now."
Only days later, at that same place, an intern walked onto the floor and picked up the heaviest kettlebell in the building, an 88-pounder. He did three slow, smooth Turkish get-ups on each arm and walked off like it was nothing.
Sean stood there with his jaw dropped. Then he got to work on the one exercise that guy clearly trusted.
The lesson stuck with him. Piling on drills had only made his body worse. Stripping training down to almost nothing but swings and get-ups is what fixed it.
That was over ten years ago. He's done get-ups four days a week ever since. The pain has never come back. These days he plays softball and golf and throws a baseball with a friend. He tosses his eight- and five-year-old around without a thought about his shoulder.
Sean will be the first to tell you he's not a doctor or a physical therapist. His result is his result, and every body is different. But it's why this challenge exists. It's also why you start at step one, instead of being dared to grab a heavy bell on day one.
"I started at 47, out of shape… By week eight, I'd dropped serious pounds and could do a Turkish get up with 53 pounds… Kettlebell training forces you to move with intention. You can't half-ass a get-up… I'm stronger, more mobile, and my back feels better than it has in years."
ML · Verified review · Trustpilot"I am 3 and a half months in and have seen monumental changes in my body and energy. Best of all I am not having to make crazy changes to my schedule. As a 45 year old business owner with 2 middle schoolers, this has been a game changer."
Jeff G · Verified review · Trustpilot"The super-personalized coaching sessions ensure you stay laser-focused on technique. After matriculating into a routine of 4x/weekly Turkish getups and swings, progression is fairly rapid."
ML · Verified review · Trustpilot"I have been an avid runner for the past 20+ years, but about a year ago running was no longer delivering the results I wanted or needed at my age… The training portion of KT was focused on strength, flexibility and mobility and I felt an immediate difference from the start."
Robert Grum · Verified review · Trustpilot"The workouts are simple (not easy), effective, enjoyable, and can all be done at home… they've helped me build tremendous strength, improve my mobility, and stay healthier with fewer nagging injuries."
Matt D'Emic · Verified review · Trustpilot"Now that I'm two months in, I'm feeling stronger… Another benefit has been in my golf game, with the added strength and flexibility I am hitting the golf ball further than I ever have."

When a shoulder starts barking or a back stiffens up, most guys get handed the same fix: stretching routines, foam rollers, massage guns, and 45-minute flows with 27 drills to learn. They run that loop for years and stay just as stiff.
None of it builds strength in the positions your body lost. The get-up takes the opposite approach. It's one move, about ten minutes a day, and it covers the 20% of the work that drives 80% of the result. It works for five reasons:
It's how you learned to stand. The get-up follows the same path babies use to get off the floor. Years at a desk take that path away, and the get-up gives it back.
It loads your shoulders two ways at once. The top arm learns control in free space while the bottom arm holds steady under your weight.
It works every angle you actually use. Across the chest, out to the side and straight overhead, instead of one groove on one machine.
One side works at a time. Your strong arm can't cover for the weak one, and that's how imbalances actually get fixed.
It fits a real schedule. Ten minutes covers the day's practice. Sean gets his done while his kids watch one cartoon.
Learn all seven (set, roll, post, bridge, sweep, kneel, stand) with bodyweight, each one paired with the muscle behind it.
Join the stages into one controlled path from the floor to standing and back down, without rushing.
Once your positions are solid, the weight comes in. On Day 28, test against your Day 1 baseline.
Move with less limitations, or it's free. Do the 28 days. If your body doesn't move better than it did on Day 1, email us within 30 days and we refund your $27.
Get off the floor without a hand down. No more "one hand down, lean forward, push up" when you're playing with your kid. Floor-to-standing becomes one smooth, strong path again.
Put your arms overhead without testing the shoulder first. Build strength in the exact positions you lost, so reaching, lifting and throwing stop coming with an asterisk.
Feel the "What the Hell" effect. Practice one move for a month and things you never trained start improving: more turn in the golf swing, yard work that doesn't leave a mark, heavy stuff that feels lighter.
Everything you need to go from stiff and beat up to a strong, controlled get-up on both sides: 28 guided lessons, built-in strength drills, a four-phase path, and the same coaching our one-on-one clients pay $1,500+/month for. It all takes ten minutes a day and fits around the training you already do.
You start at step one with bodyweight, so your current shape only sets your starting point. There's no entry bar. It doesn't matter if you're…
Sean opened Chicago Primal Gym in 2013 and grew it into the city's largest kettlebell studio. Grant joined in 2014, became his business partner, and has since taken 2,500+ one-on-one calls with men in this exact spot.
Together they've coached 1,650+ men online across 14 countries, with a 900+ man community and a 4.9 Trustpilot score.
"We train now so we can have the life we want at 50, 60, 70, 80, and 90."
You don't have to take our word for it. Do the 28 days and compare your Day 1 and Day 28 get-ups.
If you've made it this far and still haven't joined, I'll assume one thing: you're interested, but you're still wondering if this will work for your body.
That's fair. You've probably tried the stretching routines, the foam roller, the massage gun, and the 45-minute mobility flow, and you're still stiff when you get out of bed.
So let's make this easy. Start the challenge, open the daily lessons, and actually practice them for 28 days.
One of two things will happen:
Your Day 28 get-up is clearly better than your Day 1 baseline. Your arms go overhead without a second thought, you get off the floor without a hand down, and your body feels like it's on your side again.
Or it isn't. Then you email us within 30 days and we refund your $27, no questions asked, with nothing to send back. That's the deal: move with less limitations, or it's free. So the upside is obvious.
And the downside? There really isn't one. All the risk is on us, which is exactly how it should be.
